BETADINE KIDS COLD DEFENCE NASAL SPRAY

Direction for use :
- Have your child gently blow his/her nose.
- Remove the protection cap, shake the bottle and pump the spray a few times until a fine mist comes out.
- Instruct your child to sit up with his/her head tilted slightly forward and to breathe out slowly.
- Close one nostril and gently insert the nozzle into the other
- Gently squeeze the pump as your child breathes in. Repeat 2 to 3 times.
- Repeat steps 1 to 6 for the other nostril.
- Use 2 to 3 sprays for each nostril, three times per day.
