Legalon comes in capsule form. The capsule form is perfect for travel. Traditionally, it has been used to support liver health for over 2000 years.

Ingredients:
The key ingredient in Legalon is Silybum marianum, or commonly known as Milk thistle or St. Mary’s thistle. The formulation includes the following active ingredients:
- Dry extract from milk thistle fruits (36-44:1) 173.0 – 186.7mg
- Mannitol
- Sodium carboxymethyl starch
- Polysorbate 80
- Polyvidone
- Magnesium stearate
- Gelatin
- Titanium dioxide E171
- Ferric oxide E172
- Dodecyl sodium sulphate
Direction of Use:
In severe cases 1 Legalon 140 capsule three times daily.
As a maintenance dose and as initial dosage in moderate cases 1 Legalon 140 capsule twice daily.
